BIKER STATEMENT (rider)

BY PURCHASING THE TICKET, I CONFIRM THAT I HAVE READ AND ACCEPTED THE WARNING AND OPERATIONAL REGULATIONS OF BIKE PARK MÝTO SKI & BIKE, WHICH I UNDERTAKE TO FOLLOW.

• I confirm and declare that I ride in Bike Park Mýto SKI & BIKE at my own responsibility and I am aware of all the risks associated with this sport discipline.
• I declare that I am familiar with the difficulty of the trails and I understand that they are fast and technically demanding. I will adjust my ride on the trail to my abilities.
• I declare that my bike is in good technical condition without signs of damage or excessive wear and tear.
• I declare that I will use cycling gear for my safety, such as a helmet, gloves, elbow pads, knee pads, back protection, chest guard.
• I declare that I am not aware of any health condition that would prevent me from participating in Bike Park rides.
• I declare that I am aware that I am responsible for any damage caused to my health and equipment to myself, the operator, or third parties before, during, or after riding.
• I declare that I will not enter the trail after consuming alcohol or other intoxicating substances.
• I declare that I am insured in case of an accident.

In the case of riders under 18 years old, it is necessary to bring this BIKER STATEMENT (rider) with the signature of a parent or legal guardian on their first visit to Bike Park Mýto SKI & BIKE.
